Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using a ZIP Parking membership, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Vehicle Custody & Personal Belongings
1.1. Customers are solely responsible for all personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents, electronic devices,
or any other items left inside the vehicle.
1.2. Customers are advised not to leave valuables inside their vehicle. ZIP Parking shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
2. Mandatory Key Deposit
2.1. All customers must leave the vehicle keys with ZIP Parking while the vehicle is parked.
2.2. This requirement is essential for efficient space management, vehicle movement, emergency evacuations, severe weather conditions, fire safety, maintenance requirements, or any other operational necessity.
2.3. Refusal to leave the vehicle keys may result in denial of parking services.
3. Long-Term Vehicle Storage
3.1. Emirates Crew Membership is intended for regular parking use and not for long-term vehicle storage.
3.2. Vehicles shall not remain continuously parked for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days without prior written approval from ZIP Parking.
3.3. ZIP Parking reserves the right to cancel the membership or charge applicable long-term storage fees for vehicles exceeding the permitted duration.
4. Membership Usage
4.1. Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
4.2. Only the registered member and the registered vehicle are entitled to use the membership.
4.3. Sharing one membership between multiple drivers, family members, friends, colleagues, or different vehicles is strictly prohibited.
4.4. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the membership without refund.
5. Vehicle Damage & Repairs
5.1. In the unlikely event that damage to a vehicle is proven to have resulted directly from the negligence of ZIP Parking, repairs shall be carried out at a garage authorised by ZIP Parking.
5.2. If the customer chooses to repair the vehicle at a different garage, reimbursement shall be limited to the repair
estimate obtained from the garage authorised by ZIP Parking.
5.3. ZIP Parking shall not be responsible for betterment costs, depreciation, indirect losses, loss of use, loss of earnings,
or any consequential damages.
6. Reporting Damage
6.1. Any alleged damage must be reported immediately before the vehicle leaves the parking premises.
6.2. Claims made after the vehicle has exited the premises shall not be entertained.
6.3. Claims without sufficient evidence demonstrating negligence on the part of ZIP Parking shall not be accepted.
7. Staff Conduct
7.1. Customers are expected to treat all ZIP Parking employees with courtesy and respect.
7.2. Any abusive language, threats, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or physical aggression towards staff shall
result in immediate cancellation of membership and may lead to legal action.
8. Right of Admission
ZIP Parking reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or terminate parking services or membership at its sole
discretion whenever deemed necessary for operational, safety, legal, or business reasons.
9. Membership Renewal
9.1. Membership renewal is the sole responsibility of the customer.
9.2. If a membership is not renewed within two (2) calendar days from its expiry date, ZIP Parking reserves the
right to allocate the parking space to customers on the waiting list.
9.3. Previous members shall have no automatic right to reclaim the same parking space after the renewal grace period.
10. Fees & Payments
10.1. All membership fees must be paid in full and in advance before the commencement or renewal of the
membership period.
10.2. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether the membership is used fully, partially,
or not used at all. Any refund, credit, or adjustment may be granted solely at the discretion of ZIP Parking
Management under exceptional circumstances, provided the situation has been informed before renewal.
10.3. Membership fees and other applicable charges are fixed and non-negotiable, except where a discount,
promotional offer, or special rate has been expressly offered or approved by ZIP Parking.
10.4. Failure to make the applicable payment on or before the due date may result in the expiry, suspension,
or non-renewal of the membership, and the parking space may subsequently be allocated to another customer.
11. Vehicle Condition
11.1. Customers shall ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, legally registered, and adequately insured.
11.2. Vehicles with dangerous mechanical defects, leaking fuel, leaking fluids, or posing safety hazards may
be refused entry.
12. Natural Calamities & Force Majeure
ZIP Parking shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from floods, storms, earthquakes, hail, lightning, fire,
civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
Customers shall claim such losses under their own motor insurance policy.
13. Insurance
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid comprehensive motor insurance throughout the parking period.
ZIP Parking's services do not replace or extend the customer's motor insurance coverage.
14. Vehicle Collection
Customers shall produce valid identification or any verification requested by ZIP Parking before vehicle release.
ZIP Parking reserves the right to refuse release where ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
15. Operational Vehicle Movement
Customers acknowledge that their vehicle may be moved within the parking facility by authorised ZIP Parking staff
for operational purposes, safety requirements, space optimisation, maintenance, or emergency situations.
16. Prohibited Items
Customers shall not store explosives, flammable substances, hazardous chemicals, illegal goods, weapons,
or any dangerous materials inside vehicles parked at ZIP Parking.
17. Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles remaining beyond the permitted period without communication may be treated as abandoned.
ZIP Parking reserves the right to recover outstanding dues, storage charges, towing expenses, and take
any lawful action permitted under UAE regulations.
18. Outstanding Charges
Vehicles may be withheld until all outstanding parking fees, penalties, or other dues have been settled, where
permitted by applicable law.
19. False Information
Providing false identity, employment details, Emirates ID, airline credentials, vehicle ownership information,
or contact details may result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
20. Compliance with UAE Laws
Customers shall comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations while using ZIP Parking facilities.
Any illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
21. Amendments
ZIP Parking reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms & Conditions shall
become effective upon publication or communication to members.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
